헤비메탈의 본좌로 불러도 손색 없을 그룹 메탈리카 - Metallica

지금으로부터 20년즈음.. 전에 일이었던것 같네요.

그때는 소위 "마이마이"라고 불리우던 휴대용 카세트 테이프 재생장치가 있었어요.

부모님들이 공부하라고,

사주셨던.. 그 휴대용 카세트로

등하교길에 주구장창 들었던 음악이 있었으니 메탈리카의 음악이었답니다.

용돈받아 생활하던때라,

조금씩 조금씩 돈을 모아서 카세트 테이프를 사고,

주구장창 들어 나중에는 테이프가 늘어나는.. 그런 일까지 벌어졌던.. 

지금 이야기하면 다 추억거리이지요.

그때 들었던 음악이 갑자가 확 땡기니..

이제 저도 늙었나 봅니다.

그때 제가 이런 류의 음악을 듣고 있으면,

사람들이 시끄럽다고..

어려서 음악을 모른다고.. 했는데..

그 후 조금 지나서..

국내에서도 엄청 유명한 밴드가 되어..

너도나도.. 듣던 때도 있었답니다.

그때를 생각하며 골라 본 메탈리카의 락 발라드 두 곡.

바로 The unforgiven과 Nothing else matters 입니다.
